Patyrn will gladly accept the return of your item up to 30 days of it’s tracking showing delivered. Simply ship your item back to us in it’s original packaging and we will refund you the purchase price upon it’s arrival or tracking number update. Shipping costs cannot be returned nor refunded as its service has already been rendered by the United States Postal Service. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ship the item back for a refund. Return Shipping labels are not dispensed by Patyrn. Postage to ship items back is approx. $3.80 via USPS First Class Trackable Shipping.

*Sales of personalized items with names, initials or custom images are final and cannot be returned nor refunded.

*Phone cases are shipped in a clear plastic sleeve. Other items are shipped in cardboard boxes or other packaging.

Upload Your Own Image Disclaimer

When uploading images, a digital preview is provided prior to purchasing the item. Please double check the images you use. ‘Upload your own image’ sales are final. Your personalized product cannot be resold or refurbished.

Issues with image positioning is at the buyer’s discretion upon purchasing. If you are concerned about the positioning please send us a message at the Contact Us page after making your purchase. We ship everyday so sending an email after your item has been marked shipped will not help. If your emailed receipt shows a different positioning than what you received – we will replace your item free of charge!

Images that are of low-quality (screen shots, pictures of pictures, blurry photos, etc) will produce low-quality products. There is no magic wand to make terrible photos better.
Be proactive! We recommend using highest quality images! This means uploading the actual file you want to use – not a screen shot, or picture of a picture.

 A dark picture will result in a dark finished product, please use discretion when choosing photos to use.

Product Process Texture/Appearance

We use a process called sublimation to permanently adhere images to our products. It all starts with our expert Photoshop skills and a metal substrate! From there it takes a steady hand, craft, a ton of pressure and 400°F to produce a Patyrn product!

All images are created in Photoshop. When an item title or description contains words such as “Sparkly”, “Glittery”, or “Leopard Skin”, these are referring to the look of the design and not to any style, texture or material.

We do not glue sparkles or anything else that can fall off or ruin your clothing, this is a flat high-quality permanent image that won’t peel, chip or scratch!
